My methods are like the widely-used "clicker-training" that uses reward or no reward to change behaviors. I use emotional cues, like voice tone, to mark the behavior, rather than a clicker.

I currently offer one-to-one consultation in your home in the Kyle, Wimberley, San Marcos or Austin, Texas area.

Dogs must complete health check performed by a veterinarian, as sometimes health issues may need to be considered prior to training activities.

Reasonable rates for private lessons depending on travel involved and problems addressed.
I will demonstrate training methods with your dog and then observe you or family members practice with your dog and provide feedback on how to get the best results.

After initial assessment, topics may include:

• Leading the Pack: Managing resources, using and reading body language, leash-walking
• Getting and keeping your dog's attention: Come/Sit/Down
• Dog to dog relationships
• Games to play that reinforce desired behaviors
